What to do on a 6 day trip to Hong Kong?

I am flying to Hong Kong on the 2nd of June. I will be staying in Hong Kong for 6 days and I have no clue as to what I should do in my time there except go to Macau and do a little gambling. If you have any suggestions, please feel free to advise. I am a late twenties guy traveling alone to spend time away from family and friends and just have time to myself.

How long do you recommend for a vacation to Hong Kong?

I am considering going to Hong Kong next year, but how long is enough time to see everything you need to see? I am the type of traveller that likes to see alot, and keep moving for the most part, I get a little impatient sitting and relaxing, but I would probably see all the sights in Hong Kong, do some exploring around the city, take a day trip to Macau, and maybe take a day trip into mainland China. Would a week be enough, or would you recommend longer? Thanks.
