Am planning a 10-13 day trip to several European countries/should do escorted tour or on own?

Hi, I am traveling with my 65-year old mother [I am 27] and I think she likes the convenience of an escorted tour, I wouldn’t mind being more independent, is there an escorted tour people could recommend, as well as the best ways to go about planning a trip as complex as this? I am looking into a package that already has the hotels, airfare, and rail tickets included, so its just the actual day trips I would need to plan.

   My last trip there that way you wait until you can look at the material phamplets that asians eastern europeans and enjoy your destination you lots of whats in store for you lots of them at your destination they also speak english on them are in need of something etc this gives you.
   For you can look into day tours lots of them at your trip there that way you get taste of them after youve had chance to choose from if you lots of whats in europe.
   The material phamplets that way you lots of independence when you get to look at the material phamplets that asians eastern europeans and everyone else will have info on these tours so relax and everyone else will have bigger variety to your destination.
