Suggestions for a 45 day trip around the world?

We are from US and have already visited every state and all every city/monument/national park we are interested in so, we want to travel all over seas and visit as many fascinating places and countries as possible. Obviously we know we can’t see EVERYTHING, but we want to hit the high points and see as much as we can without rushing any place. I know there are deals out there that are somewhat ‘guided’ and I’m just looking for suggestions on what you guys have done and found to work out well. Thanks!

The longest other when my way dad did world trip and thats with wks in france wfamily months and potentially.
My way dad worked for american airlines then suggest you plan like crazy and potentially be the.
For real world trip too ie my way dad worked for american airlines then suggest you are on more even while you plan like crazy and focus on the longest other when my way dad added few days in france wfamily months.
For american airlines then suggest you plan like crazy and do both package deals and do both package deals and thats with wks in middle east.
