we are 2 couples travelling to morocco for a 5 day trip, looking to split our time between day hikes (within a few hours of the marrakesh) and experiencing the city. we are not interested in a touristy experience, but rather would like an authentic experience learning about people, history and culture, food, markets, and are willing to do fairly rigorous hikes for the most interesting experiences. if you can recommend a guide/tour outfit for a great experience? or, places that are a must to see? any info would be helpful, we are early in our planning. thank you!
